How Do I Place An Order?

Items can be ordered from our shop page 24/7. For special requests please contact us to discuss details and we will accommodate you whenever possible.

Returns & Refunds

All regular priced items can be returned for store credit ONLY and must meet certain requirements.  Please contact us to request a return. At this time, we do not allow exchanges.

All sale items are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The item must be received back to Native Imprints Jewelry within 10 days of the initial delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Shipping charges on non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

All items are packaged and shipped through USPS within 3 – 5 business days. Please make sure your shipping information is correct. You will be sent a tracking number by email once your package has shipped. Native Imprints Jewelry is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages or for incorrect shipping information. If your package does become lost or stolen, please report it to USPS as soon as possible.
