How Do I Place An Order?

Items can be ordered from the SHOP tab 24/7.  For special requests please contact us to discuss details and we will accommodate you whenever possible.

How Long Will My Order Take to Ship?

All items are packaged and shipped through USPS within 3 – 5 business days. Please make sure your shipping information is correct. You will be sent a tracking number by email once your package has shipped. Native Imprints Jewelry is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages or for incorrect shipping information. If your package does become lost or stolen, please report it to USPS as soon as possible.

All regular priced items can be returned for store credit ONLY and must meet certain requirements.  Please contact us to request a return.

All sale merchandise is final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The item must be received back to Native Imprints Jewelry within 14 days of the initial delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

How Do I Find My Ring Size?

It is your responsibility to order the correct size. Ring sizers can be ordered inexpensively from Amazon or check with your local jeweler. Always double-check. We want your ring to fit perfectly.

How Do I Find My Bracelet Size?

It is your responsibility to order the correct size. Use a flexible tape measure, or if you do not have one, use a string, strip of paper, or cord. Wrap it around your wrist where you would normally wear the bracelet and mark it. Then measure it against a ruler. Always double-check. We want your bracelet to fit perfectly.

How Do I Care for My Jewelry?

Jewelry should be stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture or humidity. Silver can tarnish and turquoise is porous. Contact with prolonged water and chemicals can change the look of your jewelry over time. Simply buff sterling silver with a dry cloth to keep beautiful and shiny. Please take good care of your item so you can have it in your family for years to come.
