Returns & Refunds

All regular priced items can be returned for store credit ONLY and must meet certain requirements.  Please contact us to request a return. 

All sale items are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The item must be received back to Native Imprints Jewelry within 10 days of the initial delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Shipping charges on non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not allow exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and correct it. Please include a picture of the damage and order number.

Lost Packages

Native Imprints Jewelry is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed or for incorrect shipping information and will not offer a refund.  Native Imprints Jewelry is not liable for packages once they are shipped through USPS. Please make sure your shipping information is correct.
